How to order

To purchase you must be registered. If you already have an account Wander USA will simply enter the email address and password chosen at registration.

  • It’s your first purchase of Wander USA? You simply have to register by clicking on “ACCOUNT“.
  • Complete the form and then click on “REGISTRATION“.
  • After choosing the product, on the same page select the variant (if available), enter it in your cart by clicking on “BUY“.
  • You can then continue shopping or place your order by clicking on “CART“.
  • You ordered the wrong product or changed your mind after the purchase? Don’t worry! You can delete one or more products before the order is processed.
    • Click on “CART
    • Click on “X” (on the left side of the product), so it can be removed from the order.
  • After choosing and putting the product into the cart, proceed to “CART” to complete purchase.
    You can now enter your coupon in the “COUPON” field.
    Click on “APPLY COUPON” to take advantage of your discount.
    The discount amount is directly deducted from the order amount.
    You can delete your coupon by clicking on “[Delete]” (at the right side of the coupon amount).
  • Click on “CART” to get a summary of all your details and, if you wish, edit them.
  • Click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” to complete purchase.

Payment methods

You can choose this method by selecting the PayPal option:

  • If you already have a PayPal account, log in with your email address and password and confirm payment.
  • If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create a new one by using your credit/debit card. In this case, just select the type of card, add the necessary data and confirm payment.

The order is processed as soon as we receive payment. If you return the goods, the total amount will be refunded to your PayPal account (or your credit card if you’re not a registered PayPal user).

You can pay comfortably and safely. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Postepay, and American Express circuitsand all major credit and debit cards. Payment will be made via secure Setefi  servers.

Your credit card details will be securely transferred through SSL protocol.
The amount will be charged only when your parcel is actually shipped. If you return the goods, the amount will be credited to your card.

You can also make payments by Bank Transfer.

ATTENTION: Please note that your goods will be shipped only when payment has been received.

Delivery and shipping

Wander offers an express delivery service. The parcel will be delivered by courier within 1-2 working days in the EU and 2-3 working days in the rest of the world.

  • Express delivery takes place from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
  • If the item you want is available and the order is placed before 12:00, it will be delivered within 1 working day in the European Union or 2 working days in the rest of the world.
  • Shipment in EU costs € 4.90. It is free if the order exceeds 50.00€.
  • Shipment in the rest of the world costs 14.00€.
  • Returns are free.
  • Shipments  in Italy are carried out by Bartolinior GLS.
  • Shipments abroad are carried out by DHL.

  • If the purchase order has been successfully processed, you will receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
  • Once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a DELIVERY CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

If you don’t receive your goods within one week from delivery confirmation, please contact our customer service at info@wanderusa.com.

Return

Send a message to info@wanderusa.com indicating your order number and the reason of your return.
Subsequently, a currier will be sent to pick up your goods.
Put the product in a properly sealed box.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll refund you for the returned products.

The return service is free.

After receiving and checking your return, we’ll refund you.
Once refund has been done, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Refund will be credited through:

  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer

To receive refund on your bank account, we need the following data:

  • Account holder: the name on the bank account holder.
  • IBAN: You will find the IBAN on your bank statement or you can ask your bank. Italian IBAN has 23 characters: one reserved to the CIN (Internal Control Number), 5 to the ABI (bank code), 5 to the CAB (branch code) and 12 remaining alphanumeric characters reserved to the bank account. The IBAN is unique for each bank account.
  • BIC/SWIFT: The BIC (Bank Identifier Code) is a code (SWIFT code: Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) used in international payments to identify your bank. It is either 8 or 11 digits long.
    With these data we will have all the information required to make refund in your bank account. If any of this information is incorrect, refund may not be successful or be subjected to further controls.
